Orlando Miera is Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Miera Consultants International.
Prior to founding Miera Consultants International in 1981, Mr. Miera was a Senior Officer of a national executive search firm where he headed up the Financial Search Division.
Previously, he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Homestead Savings & Loan Association in San Francisco.
Mr. Miera received a degree in business from the University of New Mexico and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He was employed by the international accounting firm of Ernst & Whinner as Sr. Manager providing auditing, tax, and management advisory services. |

O. Paul Miera II is a Partner and National Account Director of Miera Consultants International.
Prior to joining his father in 1986 he held positions in sales and sales management in San Francisco and Albuquerque. Like his father he holds a degree in business from the University of New Mexico.
At Miera Consultants International Paul works on a national basis providing key personnel in executive positions including finance and accounting, operations, marketing and other difficult areas of healthcare.

Stephen P. Miera is a Partner and National Account Director of Miera Consultants International.
Prior to joining his father and brother at Miera Consultants International in 1992, Steve served as Regional Manager responsible for a five state marketing area and later Division Manager responsible for twelve large retail outlets. In both positions he was responsible for seeking and finding qualified candidates at managerial levels.
While he has been very sucessful at locating candidates to fill executive positions, he has also been responsible for the installation of the most sophisticated search hardware and software in use anywhere in the healthcare recruiting industry.
Since coming to Miera Consultants he has placed many candidates in the areas of Internal Audit,
Patient Financial Services, and Marketing both for hospitals and health maintenance organizations.
